KARL-BINDER-GASSE

The project offers urban living in the Graz Green Belt in Hart bei Graz. The residential complex consists of 13 residential units, distributed in two houses with three or four floors respectively. The surrounding area relevant to urban planning is formed by the stock of small to medium-sized buildings and structures in predominantly open buildings. The total of 13 apartments offer well-cut open living areas, which are oriented towards spacious private balconies and terraces with gardens. Furthermore, the residents have a landscaped green area directly adjacent to the residential complex for common use, where also the children's playground is situated.
