RESIDENTIAL BUILDING MESSENDORFBERG

The project offers urban living on a hillside in the Graz green belt in Messendorfberg and has an unobstructed view over the south-west of Graz to the Koralm.
The development takes up the small-scale structure typical of the area and consists of four multi-family residential buildings, which are terraced into the slope.
The 13 apartments in total offer well-designed, open-plan living areas that are oriented towards spacious private terraces and balconies and to which green roof terraces and gardens are assigned. Furthermore, the residents have access to an extensive and horticulturally designed green area directly adjacent to the residential complex for common use, where the children's playground is also located.
The underground car park and the bicycle cellar as well as the cellar compartments for all apartments are located under the two houses on the street side.
A lift provides barrier-free access to all levels.
