The building is divided into two thermally independent, three-story sections, connected by an open staircase. A recessed penthouse floor links the two volumes into a formal architectural unit. The main access is provided via the adjacent property at Steinbergstraße 10. Together with this neighboring building, the design not only forms a formal unity but also shares both the access routes and the underground parking garage.
