ZWERGGASSE 3

A new residential building is created, which closes the existing block edge development. The project includes 13 apartments and an underground car park with 15 car parking spaces.
The street facade of the building is structured by projecting, horizontally accentuated bands with horizontally movable sun protection elements made of perforated metal in between.
The design aims to reduce space sealing to a minimum and to preserve as large areas as possible of the grown soil.
The indoor areas of the facility are used as general green areas and children's play areas. The Zwerggasse is characterized by a diverse construction structure, which includes closed and open block edge development as well as detached villas. Front gardens and views into the courtyards characterize the appearance of the street.
