TDZ ROSENHAIN

The building is located on the property at Max-Mell-Allee 11, in the area of the University Sports Institute of UNI Graz. It connects to the hall of the university sports centre on the north-east side, separated by an open access zone. The existing routing on the property will be retained, the terrain will only be slightly modeled in order to enable barrier-free development - including the access to the existing grandstands. The technical centre above the ancillary rooms is cut into the one-storey body by a mezzanine. The building contains rooms for the areas of sports physiology and movement sciences. Accessed via a common foyer, they share sanitary and administration areas. The two laboratories are assigned separate training areas, changing rooms and storage areas.
